Clan Milano, a young furniture brand born from the union between Alessandro La Spada and mastery ebagistica di Figli by Isacco Agostoni, is pleased to announce its participation as furniture partner at She’s a Lady, which will open in Milan from 23 November 2016 to 13 January 2017 at the Whitelight Art Gallery. The event marks the important return to the city of the tape artist NO CURVES that celebrates his first ten years of activity with a graphic retrospective aimed at sublimating the female image through numerous unpublished works, iconic pieces and an original installation along the gallery walls.
A reference to fashion and geometric stylism, in perfect harmony with the vision of Clan Milano from he is always attentive to the contaminations of style and to a semantics linked not only to the functionality of the objects of furniture but also to pure aesthetic beauty.
For the show She’s a Lady Clan Milan has selected some pieces with minimalist shapes and finishes valuable in which suggestions of Baroque and exotic origin emerge in proposals with a lively taste contemporary. This is the case of Molecole, a series of staggered tables characterized by a tubular brass structure and tops in marble obtained from a single slab. Molecole’s modular design reflects the stylistic philosophy of Clan Milano which finds in the choral arrangement a complete aesthetic enhancement of its creations. Particular mention deserves Roca, a low-table with a curious geometric shape and a polished ebony finish brass inserts; the shaped wooden shell opens scenically in the middle to leave room for one casket with mirror work and bronze engravings.
in pelle e cornice in ottone lucido.
